Those dependent on the Outlook search filter say the only workaround that seems to be working is to downgrade macOS Monterey to 12.0.1 or to switch to New Outlook. Thankfully, Microsoft seems to be aware of the issue and said that they are working with Apple to fix it as soon as possible. It looks like a bug, but any ideas gratefully received. Rebuilding spotlight does not work and many people cannot change to the new version of outlook as they are served by older versions of Exchange Server.
